This third edition copy was bublished by Vause, Slatter, & Co. in Pietermaritzburg and Durban in 1901. A copy was acquired by Stanford University Libraries at an unknown date. The book was digitised by Google at an unknown date and made availble online. It was acquired by Ettore Morelli at an unknown date. Acquired by FHYA via Morelli in late 2021. Uploaded by Benathi Marufu for FHYA in February 2022.]
