Published in the form of a book by Macmillan and Co. in 1877 in London. A copy of the book was acquired by Harvard College Library on 22 September 1941. It seems to have been gifted to the library by John P. Monks. Digitised by Google at an unknown date and uploaded to Google Books. Acquired by FHYA in March 2022. Uploaded by Benathi Marufu for FHYA in March 2022.]
