Published as a book in 1893 by Macmillan and Co. in New York. A copy was acquired by Harvard College Library on 27 March 1893. It was digitised by Google at an unknown date and uploaded to Google Books. Acquired by FHYA in June 2022. Uploaded by Benathi Marufu for EMANDULO in July 2022.]
